Enough revisions and rewriting. My next Black Horse Western attempt is finished, ready to print out and send to the publisher. Do that tomorrow in Tokyo.
The story line
After Laurel Baker loses her sons in a fire and her husband in an accident, both the same day, she has to comfront logging magnate Robert Dunn, who wants her ranch. Laurel refuses, and Dunn begins to apply pressure. Barbwire fence builder Finn McBride comes to work for Laurel, bringing his two young sons with him. Laurel no longer has to face the fight alone. Dunn's men spy on Laurel's Rafter P ranch at night, and Dunn brings gunmen along when he makes his final offer to Laurel. Sell, or else. With Finn backing her, Laurel refuses again. Dunn buys more gunmen and gets ready for bloody persuasion. Can Laurel and Finn stand against the professional shooters from Round Valley?
I believe that question can only be aswered by you, Charlie
